Job 1 Title: Founding Software Engineer (Full Time)

What You’ll Do

• Architect, build, and scale core systems and infrastructure
• Make key decisions on technology stack, development practices, and product roadmap
• Collaborate directly with the founders on product strategy and execution
• Own end-to-end development of features from ideation to deployment
• Help build and grow the engineering team and culture
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize systems

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using open-source technologies and AI/ML frameworks. 4+ years of software engineering experience (startup or high-growth environment preferred)
• Contribute to innovative projects involving data analytics, cloud platforms, and AI-driven solutions. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure)
• Proficiency in Java, Javascript, Perl, Python, Apache, github. Leverage AI/ML tools for efficient code development, AI/ML model training/validation, agentic solutions.

Job 2 Title: Software Developer (Full-Time/Part-time/Internship)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using open-source technologies and AI/ML frameworks.
• Leverage AI/ML tools like cursor.com or similar platforms for efficient code development and AI/ML model training/validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize systems.
• Contribute to innovative projects involving data analytics, cloud platforms, and AI-driven solutions.

Required Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Apache Tomcat 10.1 for web application deployment.
• Experience with JDK 8u101 (Windows x64) for Java development.
• Strong programming skills in Python 3.10.10 (amd64) for software development and AI/ML applications.
• Familiarity with CUDA 11.3.0_465.89 (Windows 10) for GPU-accelerated computing.
• Knowledge of Perl v5.16.0 for scripting and automation.
• Experience with Docker 20.10.8 for containerization and deployment.
• Proficiency in NetBeans IDE 8.0.2 for development and debugging.
• Expertise in using AI/ML tools like cursor.com or equivalent for code development and AI/ML model training/validation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI & Copilot for data visualization and analytics.
• Experience with AWS and Azure for cloud-based development and deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Science.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
